SO FRUSTRATED BUT NOT GONE GET ME..

Hope all is going good with you guys, So if you remember I won a $50 Victoria Secrets Gift card from my girl Glamourous Gleams.  So I placed my order a week and a half ago and has been excited to receive it or get a email stating that it was shipped and I believe the shipping date it showed was 6/30/11. I did it when they had free shipping with $25 order.  So I found it weird that I haven't gotten any correspondence from them at all but more emails to shop.  So I called to check my order status there is none in the system for me.  So I'm like What.. yep my order was never processed that means that I would have to redo the order all over and might not get the FREE SHIPPING.  Well I did call and spoke to someone who said that I would still qualify for FREE SHIPPING or that he could mail me out a plastic gift card.  I wished I would've asked for that before so that I could have taken advantage of the sale at my local store.  Just frustrated but not going to let it get me down I was so excited about getting that VS Face Primer but I will have it eventually.  Just sharing with you guys did you try to shop online during the Semi Annual Sale and did you guys face any problems?  This is my second disappointment with Victoria Secrets the last time it was a run in with an eyeshadow me thinking that if you don't like a product after one use you could return it, well NO.  Victoria Secret doesn't accept returns on any of there makeup products after purchasing, which I thought was weird would if it was a gift or if you have a receipt?  NO they do not return any of their makeup products and it is on the back of the receipt.

Well I will probably just have them mail me a plastic card and use at my local store.  Just disappointed was excited to be getting my items soon but minor delay I guess.  What are you guys up too?
